I started programming at the age of 16. I was originally self taught, and my first introduction into programming was with Visual Basic 6. Since then, I have gained programming experience in many different languages. I have worked on projects spanning different platforms, including PC, Mac, web, mobile and console.

My main passion lies in developing and playing video games. At the age of 3, I was introduced to my first console, the SEGA Megadrive. From that young age, I have continued to play and enjoy many games from each console generation.

Today, I am fortunate to work in the games industry. I have worked on multiple big titles that cover a verity of genres. The best part is witnessing the release of a game alongside your team. All of the hard work and effort, spanning multiple months or years leading to a huge ‘feel-good’ moment.

One big aspect of my job involves meeting and working with developers from around the world. Each new game project always provides a unique set of technical challenges, that need to be overcome. Finding solutions as a team, and knowledge sharing is essential for success. I have been lucky to work with some very talented people. They have helped me to improve and grow, as a developer and a person. Some of these people remain as friends to this day.
